Michael S. Poles
(d.b.a. MPGroup) is a second generation general building
contractor (CA License No. 263193), construction manager, and
construction inspector who delivers more than 50 years of experience and construction technical expertise for his
clients.
MPGroup is a collaboration of architects, engineers, contractors
and other technical experts specializing in providing legal counsel
with forensic expert witnesses and litigation support for virtually
any type of construction-related case for plaintiff or defense.

Michael Poles is a
"Non-Attorney Mediator" who received his mediation training at the
Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and the
Institute for Mediation Studies. Michael has served as a member of the
Court A.D.R. Panel of Mediators with the Los Angeles County Superior Court Alternative Dispute
Resolution Program and is currently providing private mediation services.
Michael expertly evaluates the technical aspects of the issues
embroiled in a construction / real estate dispute and as a result
of his technical expertise, the parties are facilitated in reaching an expedient settlement.

As a commercial
photographer Michael Poles passionately pursues excellence in
his work. Over the years Michael has
photographed numerous events, celebrities and individuals
seeking quality portraits, headshots and other photographic
images for personal, commercial or legal purposes.
Additionally,
Michael has shot many events for the City of West Hollywood
and for Church Boutique: a unique store
that features creations by artists and designers from all over
the globe and which is frequented by well known celebrities.
The
wide and varied body of Michael's work speaks volumes for itself.

Michael Poles served in
the United States Navy Reserve, as a Hospital Corpsman aboard
the Hospital Ship USS Haven (AH-12) between 1960 - 1962 and
received two commendations. He received an honorable discharge from the Navy in 1966.
Mr. Poles is currently active with the Navy League of the United
States and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Beverly
Hills Council, where he serves as the Public Affairs
Officer (PAO) and Web Master.
